NTP Forum Individual Member Agreement

INDIVIDUAL FORUM MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

ISC: Internet Systems Consortium, Inc. is a 501(c)3 corporation incorporated in Delaware, having a place of business at 950 Charter Street, Redwood City, CA 94063.

The Forum: ISC has created and is operating the NTP Forum, http://ntpforum.isc.org . The NTP Forum exists to further the development, maintenance and use of NTP.

Member: You are an individual. Member has joined to further their personal goals in support of the NTP Forum, and is representing no additional parties.

Both parties want NTP to be as vibrant, useful, and easy to use as possible.

ISC neither releases nor acquires any rights simply because it has created or operates the NTP Forum and offers memberships.

Member neither releases nor acquires any rights simply because Member is (or was) a Member of the NTP Forum.

No additional warranty is conveyed under this agreement.

In no circumstance will ISC be liable to Member for more than Member's most recently paid membership dues.

This agreement is considered to be made in California. Any disputes will be handled there.

The term of membership shall be 1 year. Either party can terminate this agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party at address specified in the application form. Unless ISC has done something illegal regarding this membership, no refund will be given if Member terminates the agreement.

This is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the NTP Forum.
